The hummingbird bakery

So I went to the Portobello market today, even though it was raining, I thought it would be nice to come out of the house and just wonder around the market. I didn't buy anything except these beautiful cupcakes from the Hummingbird bakery. The looked so delicious, so me and my friend Carol we go two each and tea with milk. I though that the cups are really sweet too. Gonna put my paint brushes inside it, think it's a nice and cheap way to store them. Also I was looking at the bag form the bakery and an idea came into my mind. I am thinking of doing some embroidery on the top of the bag. May be I'll even put some beads or do a collage. I think it;s a nice way to recycle this beautiful carrier bag. Hopefully I will do it today and then you can see my creations later.

Spring is in the air!

It's begging of April and even though it's raining outside, I still feel positive and happy that summer is on the way. Let's just hope it will be a good one this year. I've been flicking through some magazines and found so many images of beautiful flowers. I just though that I'll share them with you. Also as you know I have a good camera so I though I'll take some photographs of flowers in my flat. I have a few new ones as I went to Home Base the other day, when I was in a springy mood!!!
Hope they will make you feel better!!! Cheer up spring is on the way!

Fashion Jewellery

I love these jewellery photographs. I can just see them being in a fashion magazine.
The camera that I used is Nikon 5000. It was given to me as a present and it's such a good quality (well I hope you can see on the photos). I love that by simply using a good quality camera I achieved something trully beautiful and hopefully inspiring too.

Hope you like them and look out for more.

I saw a beautiful postcard the other day which had a still life containing shoes, cups and jewellery. This inspired me to set up my own still life at home. I used most of my jewellery, shoes that I bought over a year ago and never worn them. I also have a professional camera, which makes such a difference on the quality of images. Hope you enjoy my photos and I will be posting some more soon.

Check out some of my own creations. I made these beautiful derby shoes for my luxury project at LCF. I absolutely love them. I really want to have a pair myself, but I just never have time to do it. The material that I used to make the shoe is satin; I folded it to create those beautiful folds all around the shoe. Took me ages to do it, but I am please about my finished product. Definitely worth doing it!!!!! I really hope you like them!!!!!
